3. Purchase and Payment

All sales are final upon completion of payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

 

4. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. Once you have purchased and gained access to our digital products, the sale is complete and non-refundable.

 

5. License and Usage Rights

5.1 Permitted Use

  • You may use the products with your clients as part of your professional services

  • You may customize and modify the products for your business needs

 

5.2 Prohibited Use

  • No Sharing: You may not share, distribute, or provide access to these products to other travel advisors, agents, or industry professionals

  • No Resale: You may not resell these products.

  • No Unauthorized Distribution: You may not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit these products to third parties

  • No Commercial Distribution: You may not use these products to create competing products or services

 

6. Information Accuracy Disclaimer

While The Travelin' Agents LLC has made every effort to ensure that the information contained in our digital products is accurate, current, and up-to-date, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of such information.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO:

  • Verify all information before sharing with clients or using in marketing

  • Check for updates and changes to travel regulations, requirements, and policies

  • Ensure compliance with current industry standards and legal requirements

  • Confirm accuracy of all data, facts, and recommendations

 

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Travelin' Agents LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Travelin' Agents LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

 

10. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you use our products in your business

  • You must conduct your own due diligence and verification of all information

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Your use of our products is at your own risk

 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our products after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.

 

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Travelin' Agents LLC regarding your use of our products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
