In 2021, two travel-loving women, Amy Graves and Meredith Peters, came together with a simple mission: to create a supportive, no-judgment zone for travel professionals to connect, grow, and thrive.
Both Amy and Meredith were already walking their own entrepreneurial paths in the travel world when they realized just how valuable it is to learn with and from others in the industry. And more than that, to have a space where questions are welcomed, community is key, and growth is a shared adventure.

Amy Graves
After nearly two decades running a medical transcription business and raising two amazing kids, Amy finally turned her lifelong love for travel into a thriving business. In 2019, Endless Shores Travel set sail — and she's never looked back. When she’s not planning dreamy getaways, she’s likely relaxing with family and friends in Western Massachusetts, drink in hand and wanderlust on her mind.
Meredith Peters
Before becoming a travel agent, Meredith was a commercial fruit and vegetable farmer in New Jersey. (Yes, you read that right — 300 acres of produce and passion!) In 2018, she followed her heart and launched Travel With Meredith. When she’s not helping clients plan their next escape, you’ll find her hiking, soaking up the sun, sipping dry red wine, or adventuring in her travel trailer across the U.S.
